from Q&A with KnAIt may seem that Kṛṣṇa fears criticism. He does not. Anyone who is to benefit from his counsel must be open-minded and trusting; one who dislikes an idea is free not to follow it, and has no cause to belittle its presenter. To attack the speaker instead of the argument is ad hominem — a plain logical fallacy. One should be willing to digest an idea free of personal bias. And then there is that other set of people, forever cynical about every little thing, with nothing to do with the subject at hand, who nag and hurl abuse for no reason. They are bound to be deprived of all knowledge and wisdom — for they abuse without cause, and are truly lost.
