Translation
Swami Gambhīrānanda · follows Śaṅkara-bhāṣyaThe agent who is free from attachment [Attachment to results or the idea of agentship.], not egotistical, endowed with fortitude and diligence, and unperturbed by success and failure is said to be possessed of sattva.
