At this point the narration passes to Sañjaya, who reports what “Hari, the great Lord of Yoga (mahā-yogeśvaraḥ)”, then showed. The shift of narrator is telling — the Form is beyond even Arjuna’s power to describe from within; it must be relayed by the witness. The Īśvara-rūpa is the personal Lord displaying His cosmic totality, the saguṇa made vast.
