from Q&A with KnAArjuna, recovering his voice, breaks into praise (the passage from 11.36): “Rightly does the world rejoice and delight in Your glory; the demons flee in fear to every quarter, and the hosts of the perfected bow down.” The trembling has turned to adoration. Where a moment ago there was only terror, now there is a hymn — for the same Form that devours is also that in which “the whole world rejoices”. The seer’s response completes the vision: terror alone would be mere fright; terror ripening into worship is religious awe (recall the “wonder” of 2.29).
