O Krsna, you should totally eradicate this doubt of mine, for none other than yourself can be the dispeller of this doubt!

हे कृष्ण ! मेरे इस संशय को नि:शेष रूप से छेदन (निराकरण) करने के लिए आप ही योग्य है; क्योंकि आपके अतिरिक्त अन्य कोई इस संशय का छेदन करन वाला (छेत्ता) मिलना संभव नहीं है।।

6.39A loss of sandhi?

The line here has been read by some as showing an irregular junction between words where the expected euphonic combination does not surface. It is a minor metrical-grammatical point and does not affect the plain sense — Arjuna asking who but Kṛṣṇa can dispel his doubt. As with the note at 2.50, this is best put to a traditional grammarian; the meaning stands regardless.
