abhyāsena tu kaunteya vairāgyeṇa cha gṛihyate

Translation
Swami Gambhīrānanda · follows Śaṅkara-bhāṣyaThe Blessed Lord said, O mighty-armed one, undoubtedly the mind is untamable and restless. But, O son of Kunti, it can be brought under control through practice and detachment.
