Translation

By constantly concentrating his mind in this way, the taintless yogi easily attains the absolute bliss of contact with Brahman.

“Thus ever uniting the self, the yogi, freed of taint, easily attains the boundless bliss of contact with Brahman.” Note the word “easily” (sukhena). The early stages are hard — the wind-tossed mind, the falls, the restarts — but once the groove is cut, the state comes with less and less effort, until it is more natural than distraction. What begins as a strain ends as a homecoming.
