Translation

Moreover, O Arjuna, I am the seed of all beings. There is nothing, moving or non-moving, that can exist without Me.

हे अर्जुन ! जो समस्त भूतों की उत्पत्ति का बीज (कारण) है, वह भी में ही हूँ, क्योंकि ऐसा कोई चर और अचर भूत नहीं है, जो मुझसे रहित है।।

The list of glories could mislead into thinking Him a collection of high points; this verse corrects it — He is not the sum of the excellent things but the seed of every thing whatsoever, excellent or ordinary. Nothing at all stands outside Him. The vibhūti were only the mind’s stepping-stones back to this totality.
