Those persons who, becoming non-different from Me and meditating, worship Me everywhere, for them, who are ever attached to Me, I arrange for securing what they lack and preserving what they have.

9.22Reiterating the promise of 8.14.

“Those who worship Me alone, thinking of no other, ever-steadfast — to them I bring attainment and security (yoga-kṣema).” Where the ritualists of 9.20 must fetch and carry their own reward and then lose it, the single-hearted devotee is carried by the Lord himself. This restates 8.14 (“to the ever-steadfast I am easy to attain”): where devotion is undivided (ananya), the burden shifts from the seeker to the Sought. The verse has comforted countless hearts precisely because it promises not only the goal but the provision for the journey.
